Job Description:
- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
- Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees
- Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Ensure and follow-up of realization of payments and approval of the project reports
- Correspondence with clients and vendors
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables and output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
- Evaluate and analyse project performance to identify shortcomings and plan for ways to fix similar issues in the future
- Ensure stakeholders satisfaction
- Knowledge on preparation of tender documents
- Ensure proper project closure

- Autocad
- Micro Station (Preferable)
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Project
Qualifications:
- B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering or railway related engineering disciples like Signalling & Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
- Project Management professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar educational qualification
- Overall experience of 5-7 years, of which about 2-3 years’ experience in Metro, LRT or Mainline railways
- Having knowledge on preparing the reports of pre-construction activities such as Feasibility/Detailed Project Reports
- Having execution/construction of railway or Metro projects knowledge would be preferable.
